Set out this morning in search of eagles, I knew I was in trouble when I saw the
other photographers. My camera fits in the back pocket of my jeans. :)
I did see two eagles but just enjoyed their soaring and left the photography to the big boys.
I did catch this harbor seal sunning himself.
And this sign that February is almost over...

JAY NASH~REDROOM 939
No need to wonder why Jay's music touched me after I read this from his bio as I own both of these LP's and listened to them non-stop back in the day.
Long, strange trip indeed...
The crowd at this concert was so respectful, there was a good four feet in front of the stage that was empty. I could have run around and caught Jay at every angle but
felt it would be distracting to both the artist and the audience besides I was a bit
mesmerized by the magic myself.
...Jay Nash's defining musical moment came at age12, after hearing a 90-minute Maxell tape with the 1971 Grateful Dead Live album on one side and Cat Stevens’ Greatest Hits on the other. To steal a line: What a long, strange trip it's been – and it's brought him where he is today.

2~13~11
Another cold and dreary day, Ron and I set out at 7AM in search of owlets.
A family had hatched in an odd little park located between the North Station
and Mass General Hospital. We saw lots of squirrels (including a white one)
and this falcon but alas, no owlets.
These other two shots make me feel like summer is a long ways off.
Good news is that February is half over!
